We are looking for a B2B Field Sales Executive to sell M-Sand and aggregates to construction and infrastructure customers across Nagpur.

Responsibilities

- Daily field visits to builders, contractors, RMC plants and infrastructure projects.

- Generate new B2B leads.

- Identify upcoming construction and road projects.

- Pitch M-Sand, aggregates and other construction materials.

- Generate quotations and follow up until order closure.

- Develop recurring customers.

- Coordinate with dispatch team after order confirmation.

- Maintain daily visit and sales reports.

- Follow up on outstanding payments.

- Track local market prices and competitor activity.

Preferred Profile

- 1–4 years B2B sales experience.

- Construction-material experience preferred.

- Experience in RMC/aggregates/M-Sand/building materials is an advantage.

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel.

- Existing contractor/builder/RMC network preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
