Roshvik Wellness is hiring an experienced Telecaller – Ayurvedic Sales for our Noida office.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to provided leads and convert them into sales.
- Explain Ayurvedic/Wellness products and handle customer queries.
- Follow up with interested customers and close orders.
- Maintain customer details and call status in CRM/Dialer.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers for order/delivery-related queries.

Requirements

- 06-1 years of telecalling/sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Ayurvedic / Herbal / Healthcare / Wellness industry is mandatory.
- Excellent Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Previous experience in outbound sales and lead conversion.
- CRM/Dialer experience will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales incentives.
- Freshers are not eligible.
