ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a passionate Ayurvedic Doctor who wants to build something meaningful from the ground up.

This is more than a consultation role.

You'll help shape clinical protocols, design outcome-based wellness programs, work alongside the product team, and define how millions of people experience Ayurvedic care in the digital era.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct online consultations with patients.
- Develop standardized treatment protocols.
- Design outcome-based wellness programs.
- Personalize Ayurvedic treatment plans.




- Work with nutritionists to build integrated care plans.
- Help create evidence-informed patient education content.
- Collaborate with product and AI teams to improve patient experience.
- Continuously improve treatment outcomes using patient feedback and data.
- Uphold high standards of ethics, trust and patient care.

QUALIFICATIONS

- BAMS (Mandatory)
- MD Ayurveda preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid registration with State Board/NCISM.
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable with video consultations.
- Passion for preventive healthcare.
- Technology-friendly mindset.
