Description:
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure based messaging infrastructure.
Create, configure, and maintain SQS queues Standard FIFO to support application and integration requirements. Set and tune queue attributes such as visibility timeout, message retention, and delivery delay based on workload characteristics. Configure and manage Dead Letter Queues DLQs to isolate and troubleshoot poison messages.
Implement message polling strategies short polling vs. long polling to optimize cost and latency. . Hands on experience in Migrating IBM MQ to a cloud native messaging service Amazon SQS or ASB Messaging.
