- Accounts team as an Accounts Executive . The candidate will support day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, reconciliations, documentation, and financial record maintenance. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Record and maintain accounting transactions accurately. Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment-related documents. Perform bank and ledger reconciliations . Assist in maintaining vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents. Verify invoices and accounting entries for accuracy. Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports. Assist in GST/TDS-related documentation and basic compliance activities.



Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding finance-related queries. Perform data entry and maintain accounting records in MS Excel / accounting software .

Required

SkillsB.Com / B.Com (Accounting &

- Finance) graduate. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping . Understanding of Debit/Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, Trial Balance, AP and AR . Basic knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred. Good working knowledge of MS Excel . Knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / other accounting software is an advantage. Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
