Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Siemens S7-1500 PLCs.
- Create and modify PLC programs using TIA Portal.
- Perform system testing, simulation, and validation of PLC logic.
- Handle troubleshooting and debugging of existing PLC programs and hardware systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, and Production) to integrate automation solutions.
- Prepare documentation for control systems including IO lists, wiring diagrams, and logic descriptions.
- Participate in FAT/SAT, system commissioning, and provide technical support during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior engineers or technicians when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics Engineering.




- 4-6 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Robust proficiency in Siemens PLCs, especially S7-1500 and TIA Portal.
- Good understanding of SCADA/HMI systems (preferably Siemens WinCC).
- Experience in troubleshooting field equipment and control systems.
- Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, Profibus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Experience in industries like Automotive, Pharma, FMCG, or Process industries.
- Familiarity with VFDs, Servo systems, and industrial sensors.
- Knowledge of safety PLCs and standards (e.g., SIL, IEC 61508).
