Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage the work permit system, ensuring that all necessary permits are issued prior to commencement of work operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training programs for employees on EHS best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 6-14 years of experience in Environment Health Safety (EHS) role in an industrial setting.
- Solid knowledge of OHSAS 18001 standard and other relevant regulations such as OSHA VPP Star.
- Proficiency in Hazard Identification, HIRA/HazOP studies, Work Permit System management.
