Role Description The Asst Mgr–HR role is a full-time, in office position based in Raipur. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
The Assistant
Manager will coordinate performance management processes, maintain HR records, support payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
This position also handles employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and communication between employees and management to foster a positive work culture. The role requires regular collaboration with departmental heads to understand staffing needs, support training and development programs, and contribute to HR process improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including experience with recruitment support, onboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in performance management and employee engagement, such as conducting appraisals support, managing feedback processes, and organizing engagement activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws and compliance, including statutory requirements, HR policies, and basic legal and regulatory frameworks related to employment.
- Candidates should possess skills in communication and interpersonal relations, including the ability to handle employee queries, facilitate conflict resolution, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR software tools, with attention to detail for data handling, reporting, and basic HR analytics.
