Business Description:

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB), we serve 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million international customers, ranging from retail customers to ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. We help customers manage, protect and grow their wealth through borderless banking, world-class wealth management, mobile-first capabilities and exceptional people.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join as an AVP - Branch Asset Specialist in Coimbatore.

What you’ll do In this role, you’ll support and facilitate the end-to-end asset sales and disbursal process across the region. You’ll act as a key point of coordination for customer interfaces, document completion, liaison with builders/societies (for mortgage cases), discrepancy resolution, and internal stakeholder management—enabling Relationship Managers (RMs) and branches to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Owning Asset Product Disbursal for the region.
- Facilitating business (new and existing cases) with branch asset specialists.
- Building expert knowledge of the customer base, market trends and competitor activity to support strategic direction.
- Engaging with builders, brokers and intermediaries to develop business.




- Coordinating daily with internal stakeholders including Underwriting and Legal for pre- and post-approval activities.
- Providing dedicated back-end support to Branch RMs for login, approval and disbursal of applications.
- Driving operational effectiveness by ensuring discrepancy rates for pre- and post-approval applications remain within acceptable benchmarks.
- Ensuring zero fraudulent applications.

What you’ll need to succeed

- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience.
- Robust coordination skills and comfort working across multiple stakeholders and time-sensitive deliverables.

Pro-tip: Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
