Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and REST APIs.
- Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components using React.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party/enterprise system integrations.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, database interactions, and data access components.
- Implement recent features, enhancements, and application improvements based on business requirements.
- Develop seamless interactions between frontend, backend, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Work across the full application stack, from UI development and API implementation to database integration.
- Experience integrating Salesforce and Snowflake or working with applications that exchange data between Salesforce and Snowflake, will be highly valuable.
- Write clean, reusable, testable, and maintainable code following established coding standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to application architecture, technical design, API design, and integration patterns.
- Leverage AI-enabled IDEs and developer tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
- Explore and develop Agentic AI solutions to enhance application functionality and automate development or business workflows.
- Use AI-based approaches for code analysis, test generation, documentation, debugging,



and developer productivity.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of application performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Candidate Profile

- Strong hands-on experience in full stack application development.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills with Java and Spring Boot.
- Good experience developing frontend applications using React.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and database integration.
- Experience with integrating applications with external or enterprise systems.
- Experience with Salesforce and Snowflake integrations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions across the application stack.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within distributed development teams.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices.
- Exposure to AWS or Azure or Other Cloud platforms is desirable but not the primary focus of the role.
