Hiring | Associate Manager – Sales

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Andhra Pradesh

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales professional with hands-on experience in Software Licensing, IT Hardware, Enterprise Infrastructure, Telecom Solutions, or IT Channel Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, map, and acquire enterprise clients and system integrators across Vizag and surrounding industrial areas
- Sell and promote Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, Hardware Infrastructure, and IT Security products
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and solution presentations for IT decision-makers and C-level executives
- Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation, technical discovery, proposal/quotation, negotiation, closure, and post-sales coordination




- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and system integrators
- Develop a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base across the assigned territory

Candidate Requirements:

- B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. IT preferred
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT / Software / Hardware / Telecom Solution Sales
- Positive understanding of Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, Security, and IT Channel Sales
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills — written & verbal
- Telugu language knowledge will be an added advantage
- High-energy, ambitious, and comfortable working with aggressive sales targets
- Willingness to undertake extensive field travel across Vizag and surrounding industrial belts
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
