We are looking for an ambitious, highly analytical Associate Product Manager to help build AI-native products that solve complex, real-world operational problems in healthcare.

- Own product problems end-to-end, from problem discovery and user research to defining requirements, execution, launch, and iteration.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Break down ambiguous problems into explicit product hypotheses, priorities, and actionable execution plans.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
- Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and operational pain points.




- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed product decisions.
- Define product success metrics and continuously monitor product performance.
- Work closely with engineering teams to make thoughtful trade-offs across scope, speed, quality, and user impact.

- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Founder’s Office, or a similar product-focused role.
- Strong first-principles thinking and structured problem-solving ability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Ability to make sound decisions even when complete information is not available.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to clearly translate user problems into structured product requirements.
