nJob Responsibilities

nAs a key member of the Expert Network team, you will be responsible for:

nExpert Identification & Engagement

- Independently identify and engage with industry professionals and subject-matter experts aligned with client requests.

- Assess expert relevance and ensure strong project fit.

nClient Relationship Management

n

- Manage client communication during the US shift.
n
- Build trust-based relationships and understand core project needs.
n

nExpert Support

n

- Provide prompt assistance to experts, addressing queries and ensuring smooth collaboration.
n

nRevenue Growth

n

n
- Drive revenue by sourcing high-quality experts and growing opportunities within your assigned accounts.
n
- Identify potential upselling and cross-selling avenues.
n

nProject Coordination

n

- Collaborate with consultants and analysts to ensure seamless project delivery.
n
- Maintain clear and timely communication between clients, experts, and internal teams.
n

nResearch & Analysis

n

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research based on client requirements.

nPreferred Qualifications

- Mumbai-based candidates who can work in a hybrid model (1 day from office and 4 days remotely).

- Must be comfortable working the US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).
