About The Role

This role involves leading critical 3-6 month assignments across various teams, diagnosing process gaps, and implementing end-to-end improvements. The Associate will be instrumental in building effective systems and driving program governance to enhance operational effectiveness. This is a Full Time position based in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh, India, and the work mode for this position is Onsite.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead 3-6 month assignments across head office and field teams.
- Diagnose process gaps and execute improvements end-to-end.




- Build systems to reduce manual work and consolidate tools.
- Drive program governance through structured review discipline.
- Coordinate cross-functionally for decision execution.
- Produce documentation, dashboards, and reporting structures.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record.
- 2-4 years of experience in execution-heavy roles (operations, consulting, ed-tech, startups, social impact, or similar).
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Comfortable making judgement calls under pressure without waiting for permission.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and embed into a new team every 3–6 months.
