Proven experience managing architecture or engineering teams.

Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions.

Experience handling enterprise transformation programs.

Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

Key skills required:

12–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data

Management.

Strong experience designing enterprise-scale data architectures.

Expertise in cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google

Cloud.

Hands-on experience with modern data warehousing and lakehouse platforms such as

Snowflake,



Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (OLTP, OLAP, dimensional modeling,

Data Vault).

Experience with ETL/ELT tools and orchestration frameworks.

Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python, Scala etc.

Experience with streaming technologies like Apache Kafka is preferred.

Knowledge of data governance, MDM, cataloging, lineage, and security frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps/DataOps and CI/CD practices.

Experience working with large-scale distributed data systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering,

or related field.

Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.

TOGAF or enterprise architecture certifications are a plus.

Exposure to AI/ML data platforms and advanced analytics ecosystems is desirable.
