What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end creative ideation for integrated campaigns across digital, social, and content.
- Craft compelling brand narratives and sharp, impactful copy.
- Build creative strategies that drive engagement and business impact.
- Mentor and inspire a team of copywriters.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and client teams to bring ideas to life.
- Use platform insights and audience behavior to optimize content performance.
- Lead and contribute to new business pitches, campaign concepts, and presentation decks.




- Drive creative excellence across brands and large-scale integrated campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

- 7-10 years of experience in copywriting/creative roles within agencies.
- Solid portfolio showcasing digital-first and integrated campaigns.
- Deep understanding of social media, content trends, and platform nuances.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience working on large-scale campaigns is a plus.
