Job Requirements

About the Role The Associate - Design Studio will be a key member of the Marketing team based in Mumbai. This role involves conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual content for both print and digital media. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and work independently to deliver compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

- Conceptualize ideas based on requirements.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and work independently.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.
- Use appropriate brand colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Work with copywriters and senior designers to produce final designs.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Amend designs based on feedback.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and within the given turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software.





Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain complete job track records (JSR) and ensure closure of all jobs with approvals and proper archiving of artworks.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
- Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in social communication and global best practices in branding and marketing.
- Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For

Education

- Relevant educational background in design, visual arts, or a related field.

Experience

- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio of work.

Skills and Attributes
- Solid conceptual and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality ideas, concepts, and designs within the given TAT.
