Role Description The Associate Consultant will work full time on-site in Patna, supporting the delivery of skilling and career development programs. This role involves coordinating training schedules, liaising with candidates and institutional partners, and ensuring smooth implementation of learning modules.

The Associate

Consultant will assist in candidate engagement, counseling, and placement support, including data collection, documentation, and reporting on program outcomes. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on process improvements,



maintaining accurate records in organizational systems, and contributing to outreach activities to expand program reach. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a solid commitment to learner success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse learners, institutional partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Organizational and coordination abilities, including managing schedules, documentation, reporting, and basic data management.
- Client and candidate service orientation, with skills in counseling, mentoring, and relationship management to support employability and placements.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and digital platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in HR, education, social work, or business will be an advantage.
- Interest in the skilling and employment ecosystem, with a desire to contribute to youth empowerment and workforce development.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a structured, process-driven environment.
