Product Analysts provide quantitative analysis, data expertise, and a strategic perspective to our Product Team. As a data-loving member of the team, you will serve as an analytics expert for your Product Managers and stakeholders, using numbers to help them make better decisions. You will weave stories with meaningful insight from data. You will make key recommendations to the Product Managers in your team.

As a Product Analyst, you enjoy dealing with numbers as much as you enjoy communicating your findings to your team. You can see different angles of a product or business opportunity, and you know how to connect the dots and interact with people in various roles and functions. You will work to effectively turn business questions into data analysis and provide meaningful recommendations on product features and roadmap.

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team in Hyderabad

- Conduct data exploration exercises to identify actionable insights and recommendations across the customer journey
- Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, and Operations
- Develop and automate reports and interactively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
- Work closely with Product Managers to generate future-oriented analysis and draw recommendations to influence the future roadmap.
- Contribute to decisions to improve products and services.
- Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders, creating visual displays of quantitative information.




- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate, and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations.
- Advanced SQL, able to construct complex queries
- Advanced Tableau skills good presentation & visualization skills
- Ability to Automate Dashboards
- Solid Excel skills (VBA a plus)

Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's in Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science or IT-related
- Experience in creating, automating, and publishing dashboards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to produce and present compelling data visualizations from your findings
- Good data storytelling skills and data visualization using Tableau
- A strong understanding of the principles behind relational databases and related technology
- Experience in applying statistical techniques to recognize trends and correlations in vast sets of data
- Statistical analysis using Python or R
- Experience using Digital Analytics tools, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Experience in working in Financial Services Industry Experience in working with data and analytics tools in AWS stack
- Sound grasps of statistical concepts, appropriate use, and application of them
- Experienced in using Data Science/ Advanced Analytics Methodologies (Clustering, Predictive Analytics, AI/Machine Learning) Experienced in Big Data Solutions e.g., Hadoop, AWS, Microsoft Azure
