AM – Warehouse Operations

We are looking for an experienced AM – Warehouse Operations professional to manage end-to-end warehouse activities, inventory control, dispatch operations, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, kitting, loading/unloading and dispatch.
- Plan and assign daily tasks to warehouse teams and monitor operational performance.
- Manage domestic and export dispatches to ensure timely achievement of operational targets.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure system stock matches physical stock.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts, cycle counts and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Manage MRN, MRP relabeling, kitting, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Supervise, train and support warehouse associates to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, Kaizen and warehouse best practices.




- Monitor receiving and dispatching procedures and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure warehouse safety procedures are followed, including secure operation of forklifts and other machinery.
- Track and report KPIs and operational metrics to management on a weekly basis.
- Work towards achieving fortnightly and monthly domestic/export dispatch targets.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably in Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control and dispatch operations.
- Experience in managing and supervising warehouse teams.
- Good knowledge of logistics/warehouse management software such as CargoWise or equivalent systems.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
