Assistant Vice President – FP&A;

Position Summary

Our FP&A; Leader will drive strategic financial planning, business partnering, corporate finance, treasury, and cash flow management while supporting high growth, capital-intensive operations through robust financial governance and stakeholder management. The role requires a robust leader with a transformation mindset to standardize, digitize, and automate processes, manage complex SPV structures and CAPEX investments, and deliver business value through accountability, agility, and operational excellence.

Serentica Renewables is a renewable energy Serentica Renewables is a renewable energy generation company that enables energy-intensive industries transition to a clean energy future. We provide assured, firm renewable energy (RE) by developing, operating, and dispatching greenfield solar, wind, energy storage with balancing solutions. Serentica plans to install ~4000 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 1.8MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. The company will focus on providing direct green energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries consume more than 50% of the electricity generated in India. Serentica’ s medium-term goal is to supply over 40 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 37 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
