We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated Assist Vice President Business Development (Punjab & Haryana) to join our Business Development Leadership team. As AVP BD (Punjab & Haryana), your main responsibility will be to drive Company’s business success by implementing a robust and sustainable BD strategy in your zone. Your main tasks & goals will be to plan,



manage and oversee implementation of Company’s market strategy in respective zone.

1. Meet Business Development objectives of his/her Zone by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, plans, analyzing business metrics and initiating corrective actions.
2. Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
3. Contribute to strategic plans and reviews, preparation and completion of action plans, implement productivity, quality and customer- service standards and complete audits.
4. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of dedicated Team Leads & Account managers. This team specializes in cultivating relationships with bespoke architects, ultra-premium homeowners and buyers, high-net-worth developers, and discerning art enthusiasts. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
5. Contribute to Identifying trends, system improvements, and implementing any change management initiative.
6. Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, PMC etc.) & convert to revenue.
7. Jointly owning Brand Building along with Marketing & communication team for their region.

Desired Skill Set

1. (14 -18) years of experience in Sales & Business Development, of which 5 years of experience in leading a team at Regional level.
2. Good understanding of various aspects of business
3. Preferably well networked in Building material industry
4. Proven track record of successful and profitable sales growth.
5. Good understanding of CRM tools and other automations
6. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
7. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
8. Strong communication skills and a good listener
9. Team player with excellent leadership and influencing skills
10. Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers
