Description

We are looking for a Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Sales Support to be based in our Bandra West, Mumbai office.

Cafemutual runs a news and knowledge web site, www.cafemutual.com, focused on financial services professionals. It provides news, knowledge and insights to these professionals in order to help them function more effectively and has emerged as the top web site in its genre in Asia and one of the top globally.

In addition, Cafemutual has these 3 verticals: Events, Research & Consulting and Learning & Development

Responsibilities

- Manage the Sales Support function to ensure smooth execution of sales and client servicing activities.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to support revenue generation and business growth objectives.




- Oversee preparation and management of proposals, commercial agreements, sponsorship contracts, quotations, and client documentation.
- Drive operational efficiency through process standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure superior service delivery.
- Proactively address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of operational and commercial issues.
- Support client retention and business development initiatives through effective relationship management.
- Maintain sales dashboards, business performance reports and manage MIS.
- Coordination with external vendors to execute events and roadshows.

Qualifications

- Strong in relationship management
- 7+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Client Servicing or Revenue Management.
- Valuable communication skills
- Energetic and a quick learner
- Knowledge of social media will be an added advantage

Experience 7+ years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Client Servicing or Revenue Management.
