Role Description The Assistant Technical Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhansi, responsible for overseeing technical aspects of housing finance projects and related property evaluations. This role involves conducting site visits, coordinating technical assessments, reviewing construction progress, and ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.

Manager collaborates with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to provide timely technical support, resolve issues, and contribute to project planning and execution.



Day-to-day responsibilities include data analysis, documentation of technical reports, assisting in research and development of improved technical processes, and supporting project management activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear reports.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration within technical or project environments.
- Proficiency in providing technical support for housing or construction-related projects, including site inspections and quality checks.
- Exposure to research and development (R&D;) activities, with an interest in improving technical processes and standards.
- Competence in project management, including planning, tracking milestones, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Relevant academic background such as a diploma or degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related technical field.
