Role Description The Assistant Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based at Lemon Tree Hotels in Vadodara. This position supports overall store operations within the hotel, including supervising daily retail activities, assisting with inventory control, and maintaining merchandising standards. The role involves guiding store team members,



ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, handling escalated guest concerns, and supporting revenue and profitability goals.

The Assistant Store

Manager monitors compliance with brand guidelines and loss prevention procedures, coordinates closely with hotel management and other departments, and contributes to a welcoming, efficient retail environment that enhances the guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
- Solid Store Management capabilities, with experience in retail operations and team supervision.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic inventory control.
- Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per hotel requirements.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, MS Word).
- Formal education in hospitality, business, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
