The Solitaire Homes team is expanding! We're looking for an Assistant Sales Executive to join our team at our Head Office and drive sales for our various residential and commercial projects across the city.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Engagement: Conduct property presentations and site visits to match buyers with suitable inventory.

- Lead Generation: Source, track, and manage potential buyer leads through cold calls, digital channels, and outreach.

- Deal Closure: Negotiate prices, handle client queries, and finalize sales agreements.

- Relationship Management: Build strong ties with channel partners and clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales





- Logistics: Holding a valid driver's license
