Role Description The Assistant Project Manager (Interior) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This role supports end-to-end project execution, including coordinating with designers, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure interior projects are completed on time and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project timelines, monitoring work progress on site, supervising installation quality, and managing material deliveries and documentation.

Manager also helps resolve site issues, ensures adherence to design specifications and safety standards,



and provides regular status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Project coordination skills, including Project Management and basic planning abilities.
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to manage material flow and vendor follow-ups.
- Inspection skills to review workmanship, verify design compliance, and ensure quality standards.
- Logistics Management capabilities to oversee delivery schedules, inventory at site, and vendor coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with designers, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and basic knowledge of materials and finishes.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects or sites simultaneously.
- Preferably a diploma or degree in interior design, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with prior experience in residential interior projects.
