Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolio to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products and services
- Achieve sales targets for deposit products, credit facilities, and ancillary services
- Conduct regular account reviews and provide personalized financial advisory services
- Process account opening, maintenance, and closure requests in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Cross-sell banking products including investment, insurance, and wealth management solutions
- Ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC)



and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and documentation
- Participate in branch activities and promotional campaigns to enhance customer acquisition
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo training and professional development
