We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – R&D; (Metalworking Fluids)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – R&D; to join our Research & Development team and drive the development, evaluation, and optimization of metalworking fluid formulations.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in cutting fluids, grinding fluids, metal forming lubricants, formulation development, laboratory testing, customer trials, and technical troubleshooting.

? Key Skills:

Metalworking fluid chemistry & additive technologies

Water-soluble, semi-synthetic, synthetic & neat cutting oils

Emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives, biocides & defoamers

Laboratory testing & performance evaluation

Customer trials,



troubleshooting & technical support

Machining processes – Turning, Milling, Drilling, Grinding, Broaching & CNC/VMC

TDS, SDS/MSDS, technical reports & formulation documentation

HSE & regulatory compliance

? Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemicals or related field

? Experience: 5–8 years in R&D;/Technical Services – Metalworking Fluids

? Location: Daman
