Assistant Manager - Property Job Title Assistant Manager - Property Summary About the Role:
- Overseeing all building systems, including fire/life safety, MEP, and all critical utilities.
- Ensuring the documentation of assets under the asset list/ tracker.
- Ensuring the documentation and checking of the assets under the defective liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker.
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving initiatives.
- Monitor performance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Coordinate with utility providers and vendors for electrical maintenance.
- Operate, maintain, and monitor all MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, BMS, DG sets, UPS, STP/ETP, lifts, and ELV systems.
