Assistant Manager – Product Delivery

- Have 1–3 years of experience in a client-facing implementation, SaaS delivery, solutioning, or technical project role.
- Have worked directly with enterprise clients and juggled multiple stakeholders and workstreams without dropping the ball.
- Are AI-first and hands-on - you reach for AI tools instinctively to move faster and solve smarter.
- Bring a can-do attitude - when someone says "this is tricky," your first instinct is "let's figure it out."
- Communicate with clarity and influence - equally comfortable aligning a client's HR team and rallying internal Product & Engineering.
- Thrive on ownership and ambiguity - you'd rather run a thread yourself than wait for a map.

Here's What Your Day Would Look Like





- Own end-to-end delivery of IDfy's products for clients - from requirement understanding through solutioning, UAT, and go-live - within agreed timelines.
- Get deep into the client's employee onboarding journey and HRTech ecosystem to spot process and product gaps before they become delivery issues.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable asks for internal teams - and translate the most appropriate solution back out to the client.
- Partner across teams to balance what the client wants against what's buildable, scalable, and on-time.
- Act as the key point of contact across the delivery lifecycle, keeping clients and internal Product / Engineering / Sales / CX aligned.
- Run multiple client implementations at once - tracking dependencies, risks, blockers, and timelines, and prioritizing by client impact and business criticality.
- Spot recurring patterns and push to standardize and improve how delivery gets done.
