In this role, you will partner directly with onshore leadership, shape internal control frameworks, and embed global best practices across financial, operational, and compliance functions. nAs the Assistant Manager / Audit Manager, you will oversee and execute audit engagements for international clients, working closely with both onshore and offshore teams. You will be actively involved across all phases of the audit lifecycle — planning, risk assessment, execution, review, and reporting.

nThe role demands strong technical expertise in auditing standards, accounting frameworks (US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP), audit methodologies, and technology‐enabled tools to deliver high‐quality services while ensuring compliance with the firm's quality and risk management standards.

nWork Schedule: Monday – Friday

nQualification: CA / CPA (US) / ACCA

nKey Responsibilities

nLead and execute audit engagements from planning through reporting

nPerform risk assessments and analytical review procedures

nEvaluate internal controls and audit evidence

nReview audit documentation and financial statements





nCollaborate with global engagement teams and client stakeholders

nMentor and coach junior team members

nLeverage audit technology and data analytics to drive efficiency

nEnsure compliance with quality, risk management, and regulatory

nWhat We're Looking For

n3+ years of experience in External/Statutory Audit

nExperience in consulting, advisory, or professional services environments preferred

nStrong knowledge of IFRS, Indian GAAP, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP

nExposure to international clients and cross-border engagements

nSolid understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management frameworks

nAdvanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills with strong communication abilities
