1. Monitor day-to-day accounting transactions and ensure
accurate recording in the books of accounts.
1. Review Trial Balance (TB), schedules, and annexures
periodically and recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy.
1. Follow up regularly with the team for closure of vendor
advances and effective management of vendor payables.
1. Monitor and ensure timely settlement of staff and faculty
advances through continuous coordination with concerned departments.
1. Review monthly vendor receivables and security deposits, and coordinate with respective departments for timely
recovery and reconciliation.
1. Prepare financial schedules and management reports to
support decision-making and statutory requirements.
1. Verify monthly provision entries and follow up with the
team to ensure timely and accurate accounting postings. 8.Conduct continuous scrutiny of ledger accounts and day-book entries to ensure compliance with the Chart ofccounts and rectify discrepancies promptly.
1. Prepare ageing analysis of receivables, payables, advances, and deposits, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
for timely resolution of outstanding items.
1. Support the preparation and submission of financial data,
schedules, and information required by Rating Agencies in the prescribed formats and timelines.
1. Support year-end financial closing activities and ensure completion within stipulated timelines, including schedules, reconciliations, and audit requirements.
2. Prepare loan funding data, utilization statements, and related financial information for submission to banks and financial institutions.
3. Prepare and provide Property Insurance data to insurance agencies and support insurance claim settlement by
submitting required documents on time.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Valuable Knowledge in Accounts payable's function.
Positive Knowledge in Statutory compliances and Payroll processing. Preferably knowledge in research projects accosting.
