? We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Employee Relations & Operations

? Experience: 1–3 Years

We’re looking for an HR Executive to manage employee relations, HR operations, engagement, and grievance handling across our BPO processes.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle, attendance & exit processes
- Handle employee grievances & provide floor-level HR support
- Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives
- Manage absenteeism & absconding cases
- Maintain HR documentation & employee records
- Prepare headcount reports using Excel, VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables
? Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
- 1–3 years of BPO HR experience
- Solid Hindi & English communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume employee base
- Strong employee-handling & problem-solving skills
