Responsibilities

- Design & Execution: Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, layouts, elevations, sections.
- Planning: Manage drawing schedules, priorities, and deliverables as per project timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure drawings meet client requirements, design standards, dimensions, and execution specifications.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with Design, Operations, Production, and Project teams for smooth execution.
- Resource Management: Allocate tasks and guide junior designers to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in drawing standards, workflows, and design processes.
- Technical Support: Resolve design and drawing-related issues during production and execution.

RequirementsDegree/Diploma in Architecture,



AutoCAD Design, Interior Design, or a related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD Design, preferably in retail, branding, interiors, signage, or fabrication.

Skilled-level proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing.

Strong understanding of dimensions, layouts and execution detailing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Robust leadership and team management skills.
