Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant position based in Jhalawar. The Assistant will support day-to-day administrative activities, including handling documentation, maintaining records, and coordinating internal communications.
Responsibilities may include scheduling meetings, assisting with data entry and basic report preparation, and providing logistical support for trainings, workshops, or field activities. The role involves regular interaction with staff, students, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations.
The Assistant is expected to follow institutional procedures, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to an organized and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage office administration tasks such as filing, record keeping, and handling correspondence.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and comfort working with digital files.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and external visitors.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents, entering data, and maintaining registers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow institutional policies and procedures.
- Minimum educational qualification typically at the secondary or higher secondary level; higher education or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an academic, research, or government setting, is beneficial.
