Role Description The Assistant Coach is a full-time remote role that supports Alpha Capital’s coaching and advisory functions for clients and internal teams. In this role, the Assistant Coach helps prepare and deliver coaching sessions on financial literacy, investment concepts, and planning strategies, ensuring materials are clear, accurate, and aligned with firm standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating client sessions, tracking action items, maintaining organized documentation, and following up with clients to reinforce guidance and monitor progress toward financial goals.

The Assistant

Coach collaborates with senior coaches and advisors to analyze client needs, refine educational content, and suggest improvements to coaching programs and tools. This role also requires proactive communication, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a qualified, inclusive, and supportive client experience in a remote environment.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,



including the ability to explain financial and investment concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple coaching sessions, track follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
- Analytical thinking and basic understanding of investment management, financial planning, and risk management principles.
- Comfort with digital tools, remote collaboration platforms, and learning technologies used for virtual coaching and client engagement.
- Commitment to a client-centric, non-discriminatory approach, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and respect for confidential information.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with coaches, advisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, client services, or financial services is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
