ASPICE Process Engineer – Automotive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 Years to 7 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Open Positions: 2

We are looking for an experienced ASPICE Process Engineer with strong expertise in Automotive SPICE compliance, process improvement, quality assurance, internal assessments, audit management, and process governance across automotive development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ASPICE process deployment and governance across multiple automotive programs.
- Perform process gap analysis and define improvement roadmaps.
- Plan and conduct internal ASPICE assessments covering SYS, SWE, and SUP processes.
- Support customer and third-party ASPICE assessments and audits.
- Guide project teams on process tailoring and compliance strategies.
- Drive non-conformance analysis and corrective action closure.
- Maintain and improve process frameworks, templates, and guidelines.
- Report process maturity, compliance status, and risks to management.
- Mentor junior process engineers and quality team members.
- Support alignment with ISO 26262, ISO 9001, and other automotive quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) v3.x.
- Hands-on experience with SYS, SWE, and SUP process assessments.
- Deep understanding of V-Cycle development methodology and compliance mapping.
- Experience in process tailoring for OEM and Tier-1 environments.




- Ability to analyze assessment findings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Robust stakeholder management and audit coordination skills.

Preferred:

- ASPICE Provisional Assessor / Competent Assessor Certification.
- Experience supporting OEM customer assessments.
- Exposure to Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Quality Systems.
- Experience working on global automotive programs.
- Strong communication, leadership, and continuous improvement mindset.

Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, or related disciplines.
