Role Description The Artificial Intelligence Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI models and systems that support NextNation’s global mobility and immigration solutions. The engineer will work on pattern recognition, natural language processing, and neural network architectures to build intelligent tools for document analysis, candidate matching, and process optimization.

Typical responsibilities include data collection and preprocessing, algorithm selection and implementation, performance evaluation, and model refinement. The role collaborates closely with software developers, product managers, and operations teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems, maintain code quality, and ensure scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

- Strong foundations in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms,



and software engineering best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition models for real-world applications.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text classification, entity extraction, and language understanding.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and version control systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work with large datasets, evaluate model performance, and optimize systems for accuracy and efficiency.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site workplace.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI-based applications, tools, and APIs using Python
- Work with LLMs and OpenAI integrations to build intelligent solutions
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Build embedding-based search and recommendation systems
- Develop scalable backend services using FastAPI or Flask
- Integrate vector databases, MySQL, and Redis for AI applications
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams for seamless product integration
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI services using Docker and CI/CD pipelines

Optimize AI workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Maintain clean, efficient, and version-controlled code using Git & GitHub
