Role Description The Articled Assistant will support the firm’s consulting and compliance activities on a full-time basis at the Gurugram office. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with audits, tax and regulatory filings, financial analysis, documentation, and preparation of working papers. The role involves collecting and validating financial data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior team members in client engagements.

Assistant will also help in preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with clients for required information,



and staying updated on relevant professional and regulatory developments. The position offers hands-on exposure to professional practices, structured learning, and growth within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in accounting, finance, and taxation concepts relevant to an articled or trainee role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, word processing, and basic business software; ability to work with financial data and documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for handling audits, reconciliations, and compliance work.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work reliably in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of relevant professional courses (such as CA or equivalent) is preferred.
