About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in Lucknow and nearby regions. The ASM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, building strong retailer/wholesaler networks, and ensuring the brand’s presence in the cosmetics & personal care market.

Key responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Appoint, train, and manage distributors, stockists, and retailers.
- Drive secondary and tertiary sales through effective planning & execution.
- Implement sales promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
- Regularly visit the market to maintain strong relationships with retailers & beauty advisors.
- Manage, motivate, and guide the sales representatives/beauty advisors’ team.
- Ensure visibility and availability of products across modern trade & general trade.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred)
- Experience: 6+ years in Cosmetics sales with at least 2 years handling Lucknow / Uttar Pradesh region.
- Strong distributor & retailer network knowledge in Lucknow.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
