About the Company A global pharmaceutical company is scaling its India commercial hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its area sales team. You will own a cluster of markets and the on-ground relationships that drive the brand's reach. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Area Sales Manager, you will own sales across your area, managing field representatives, distributors, and key customers to grow coverage and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Area Ownership

- Own sales targets and the growth plan for your area
- Manage distributor and channel relationships across the cluster
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers

Field Execution

- Lead and coach a team of field sales representatives
- Track coverage, secondary sales, and conversion against targets




- Report area performance and on-ground insights to leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in area, field, or channel sales
- A record of growing an area or cluster against quota
- Solid relationship, distributor, and team-management skills
- Hands-on with CRM tools and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG distribution sales
- Familiarity with channel and distributor management
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
