Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to manage sales operations and achieve business targets within an assigned territory. The ASM will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributors/dealers and sales representatives, expanding market presence, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute area-wise sales plans and strategies.
- Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
- Monitor sales performance,



market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance updates.
- Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to resolve business issues.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
