Role Description The Area Manager – Technical Customer Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Amritsar. The role involves providing technical support and solutions to customers and channel partners, ensuring optimal use of UltraTech cement products in various construction applications.

The Area

Manager will conduct site visits, diagnose technical issues, recommend product usage practices, and support quality assurance at project sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales teams, managing area-level technical initiatives, and contributing to research and development feedback from the field. The role also includes managing small cross-functional projects, preparing technical reports and presentations,



and training internal teams and external stakeholders on product features and application techniques.

Qualifications

B.Tech - Civil Engineering

Strong Analytical Skills to assess site conditions

- Proficiency in Technical Support and to provide practical solutions and field insights for product improvement.
- Experience in Team Management and Project Management to lead area-level technical initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; experience in cement, construction materials, or building solutions is highly beneficial.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office at customer locations, travel within the assigned area, and adapt to field conditions.
- Familiarity with construction practices, quality standards, and safety guidelines in the building materials industry.
