Job Title: Area Growth Officer – Modern Trade

Role Overview

Drive sales growth and key account management for Modern Trade channels across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Responsible for expanding business with regional and national Modern Trade accounts, achieving targets, and executing growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow regional and national Modern Trade key accounts.
- Deliver sales, distribution, and visibility targets for the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers at up-to-date trade chains.
- Develop and execute account-specific growth plans, promotions, and new product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure stock availability and seamless execution.




- Conduct joint business planning and track performance against agreed objectives.
- Analyze market data, competitor activity, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- FMCG background is mandatory.
- Proven experience handling regional and national Modern Trade key accounts is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
