Role Description The Architectural Intern role at Meranti Design Studio is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The intern will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting detailed design documentation for architecture, interiors, and landscape projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior designers, contributing to design presentations, coordinating with consultants, and helping refine design solutions based on feedback.





The intern will also participate in site visits, support basic measurements and documentation, and ensure that design work aligns with project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture and Integration skills relevant to coordinating design elements and systems.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent program is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio environment, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
- Interest in interiors and landscape design, with a willingness to learn and adapt to multidisciplinary project needs.
