– Architect We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.

- Develop building designs as per client requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, contractors and other team members.
- Visit project sites and monitor work progress as required.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building by-laws and regulations.
- Handle project documentation and drawing revisions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural design.
- Knowledge of residential construction and site work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full time Experience: 2+ years Location: Delhi/NCR Salary: As per experience and skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
