nWho Should Apply?

nBachelor‘s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

n2–5 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.

nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.

nStrong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and building materials.

nExperience in residential projects preferred.

nGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.





nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

nKnowledge of local building regulations and approval processes will be an added advantage.

nWhat You’ll Be Doing:

nLead Design Projects: Manage architectural designs from concept to completion.

nCreate & Present: Prepare layouts, drawings, 3D models, and design presentations.

nCollaborate with Teams: Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

nMonitor Site Progress: Conduct site visits and ensure designs are executed correctly.

nResolve Challenges: Address design and technical issues during project execution.

nEnsure Compliance: Follow building regulations, approval requirements, and industry standards.

nMaintain Documentation: Keep project drawings, revisions, and records up to date.

nDrive Innovation: Explore recent materials, technologies, and sustainable design solutions
