Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and specifications for residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions or recommendations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in architecture or interior designing.
- Solid proficiency in creating detailed architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials science, and building codes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
