Role Description

- Lead design coordination from concept to completion
- Coordinate Concept Design, Approval Drawings & Design Development
- Oversee material/specification finalization and GFC drawings
- Manage design coordination during construction, including change management, optimization & clash detection
- Conduct periodic site visits and ensure design vs. execution alignment
- Prepare and monitor Design MIS
- Drive Value Engineering without compromising time and quality
- Coordinate with Management, Sales & Marketing, Architects, Structural, MEPF and other consultants
- Develop conceptual designs for new residential, commercial & other developments
- Manage in-house design for projects where external architectural consultants are not appointed





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Project Management, such as planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and digital workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, and collaborative platforms).
- Candidates should possess proficiency with industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and similar tools).
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensure/registration as an architect is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate projects from concept to completion, ideally in residential or commercial developments.
- Strong knowledge of local building regulations, codes, and sustainability practices relevant to Ahmedabad and the broader region.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
